THE BEER
This hazy, mahogany-brown ale features aromas of toasted brown bread, clove, and black pepper, with flavours of almost-burnt caramel, brown sugar, a touch of coffee and hints of orange oil.
Light-footed but heavy-hitting, it clocks in at 11% ABV, yet dances lightly on the palate. The additions of orange peel and long pepper add depth and nuance.
