As we approach our second anniversary of brewing under the Seven Peaks, we wanted to celebrate the launch of our newest beer: A 4%, Gluten Free, Bohemian-style Pilsner, brewed in the historic heart of Glasgow, using hops from Czech Republic, Germany, the USA & New Zealand.
The Drygate Pilsner is a noble (pun intended, hop fans) & light lager, with a fruity nose and a balanced, light palate & thanks to an enzymatic process, this is one bohemian that's friendly to coeliacs.
Light, fruity, aromatic & sessionable, our latest brew is starting to make its way in the world, available on draft in over 20 locations, including permanently at the Brewery Tap & Restaurant.
For the tap badge, we again collaborated with a young network of artists, this time via MAKlab in Glasgow. Ideas were bounced around (there's our love of collaboration again!) and the finished product was laser cut & then assembled by hand*.
For those of you who like to enjoy your beer at home, the Drygate Pilsner will be available in bottles later on this year, but for now grab your jacket, head to the bar & raise a (bespoke) glass to the newest beer from the Seven Peaks.
*Specifically the hands of Matt, our Ops Director.
